Founded in 2000 trading under the name "Rooftop Brisbane West" the company under went a name change in 2003 and became "Reliance Roof Restoration." From it's humble beginnings in 2000 the company has grown & now employs 34 staff. Founder & Managing Director Justin Eldershaw attributes the companies success to it's 100% commitment to Reliance's amazing guarantee & the fact Reliance Roof Restoration is able to provide unparalleled levels of customer service
Managing Director: Justin Eldershaw
Managing Director, Justin Eldershaw, grew up in Brisbane's bayside, attending Capalaba High School until 1993. Married to Nicole, they have 3 daughters and 1 son. In 1993, while still at school, Justin signed a contract to play Rugby League with the Sydney Roosters ("Easts" as they were called back then), and so he spent 1994 - 1996 in Sydney. Justin's Rugby League career also took him to England, France, and Darwin where he began his career in roofing.
On returning to Brisbane in late 1998, Justin continued in the roofing industry, and in 1999 joined the company 'Rooftop Restorations' as an Estimator. He progressed through the ranks to Sales Manager, before starting his own branch, Rooftop Brisbane West.
In 2003, the business under went a name change to coincide with expanding it's territory, therefore becoming 'Reliance Roof Restoration'. Since then, the business has grown steadily each year, and going from strength to strength.
